Rafal has implemented complex organizational, financial and IT projects in large companies. He has extended experience in managing projects with PRINCE2 methodology and was a US Agency International Development (USAid) project participant. He graduated from the Executive MBA University of Quebec and is the author of publications on Financial & Accounting Outsourcing. He is a native Polish speaker, and also speaks fluently English and Russian. |
Dariusz Gafka, Operations Director

ACCA Fellow, Ph.D. in Polish Academy od Sciences. Dariusz occupied senior finance, operational and risk management positions (15 years) in Citibank, Mitsubishi, Daimler, Homecredit. Implemented ABC, BSC and ERP class systems. Experience in DD, M&A, Exit transactions. Practical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP (including first time implementation and transformation) and PMI methodology. He speaks fluently English and Russian. |

She graduated from the Law Department at the Silesian University and also graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Katowice (joint program of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Toulouse (France), University of Strathclyde in Great Britain and Academy of Economics in Katowice). She specializes in the domain of private business law, especially real estate, construction and taxation and has a considerable experience of working within international environment. She speaks fluent English and French. |
