Audit of auxiliary department

Scope of services:

We conduct organizational audits of the accounting and controlling departments. We carry out the stock-taking and analysis of the existing technical and organizational solutions. On the basis of the stock-taking, we prepare proposals of the restructuring actions and the estimates of the achievable savings. The effect of the project is a follow-up report and recommendations of further actions to be taken.
