We make arrangements with the Customer regarding the financial objectives for the end of the year and the monthly budget and enter the data in the reporting system.
Agreement with the accounting system
We reach an agreement with the accounting system regarding the manner in which documents are described and entered in the books so that the accounting data can be used for generating budget execution reports.
Definition of reports
In the analytical system Extor we define reports for the analysis of budget execution and the status of the financial objectives fulfillment.
Monthly service
Uploading data from the accounting system
From the Customer´s accounting system we upload the data concerning economic transactions and we import it to the analytical system Extor.
Generating reports
Based on the accounting data we generate reports for the analysis of the execution of budgets and for the monitoring of status of the financial objectives fulfillment as of the end of the year. We export the report to MS Excel and transfer it to the managerial staff in accordance with the distribution list.
Up-date of forecast
We discuss the generated result and divergence from the plan and enter the up-dated budget versions in the analytical system (up-date of the result forecast towards the end of the year).
